Ski club _{Saint Julien en Genevois}

Founded in 1932, the Ski Club de Saint-Julien-en-Genevois is an "old" club, but still young at heart! It brings together residents of Saint-Julien and neighboring communes (Beaumont-Le Châble, Collonges-sous-Salève, Viry, Valleiry...), with organized pick-ups to facilitate travel.

Open to all - families, young people aged 14 and over, newcomers or experienced enthusiasts - the club offers the chance to enjoy skiing in a friendly atmosphere, while discovering the most beautiful resorts in Haute-Savoie and Savoie.

With almost 640 members, Sunday outings are made by bus, a practical, friendly and environmentally-friendly means of transport. From December to April, a rich and varied program enlivens the season:

• 6 Sundays with free ski or snowboard lessons in January,
• a discovery weekend outside Savoie every year,
• major events such as the ski sale and bingo, essential to the club's life.

For the past 14 years, the "Mercredis Neige" section has enabled children aged 6 to 11 to ski in Saint-Gervais on 7 Wednesdays from January to March, excluding school vacations.
