FFS FEDERAL INSTRUCTORS
Volunteer coaching is one of our federation’s greatest strengths; 1,600 federation-certified coaches are active in our clubs.
To ensure that instruction remains up to date with changes in practices, teaching methods, and regulations, every certified instructor undergoes continuing education every three years.
The Committee would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to all of these volunteers for their dedication, availability, and commitment to the sport of skiing and to our members.

Already experienced in ski supervision? Apply for equivalence or VAE: your application will be examined by the FFS national commission.

INITIAL TRAINING
For each course, find practical information, prerequisites, prices, and registration details by clicking on the link:
- Alpine Skiing & Snowboarding: Guide , Level 1 and Level 2 Federal Instructor
- Cross-Country Skiing: Level 1 Federal Instructor
- Ski touring
- Specialized Training Days
⚠️ The PSC (or equivalent) is REQUIRED to participate in volunteer leadership training. 👉 Register directly for a session (UDPS 74, Civil Protection, Red Cross).

Note: Clubs may organize their own continuing education sessions with an FFS-certified instructor of their choice (list available upon request). To have the MF refresher training validated by the FFS, simply send the results sheet and the service agreement ( if the instructor is a professional) to info@skimb.fr.
