Jeanne was selected for the Comité Ski Mont-Blanc biathlon team for the 2017-2018 to 2020-2021 seasons. She made her mark in the junior category by winning the gold medal in the single relay and silver in the individual event at the 2020 Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne.
The following winter, she won two titles at the 2021 World Junior Championships in the United States (individual and women's relay), then five silver medals at the 2023 World Junior Championships in Kazakhstan.
She made her debut in the 2023-2024 IBU Cup by winning the individual event in Kontiolahti, a performance that earned her her first World Cup selection, where she finished 8th in the sprint and 9th in the pursuit in Oberhof in January 2024. Shortly afterwards, in Ruhpolding, she contributed to France's victory in the relay.
The 2024-2025 season saw her achieve her first individual World Cup podium finish with a third place in the mass start in Ruhpolding, and she ended the season in sixth place in the overall standings.
