International Volunteer Day 2026: Let’s Honor Deserving Volunteers
To mark International Volunteer Day, the Haute-Savoie Departmental Committee for Recipients of Medals for Youth, Sports, and Community Service, with the support of the Departmental Council and in collaboration with the Haute-Savoie CDOS, is organizing a major event dedicated to volunteers.
📅 “Volunteering in Haute-Savoie: Let’s Get Our Communities Involved”
Saturday, December 5, 2026, starting at 1:30 p.m.
📍 Parvis des Esserts – 36 rue du Marcelly, 74300 Cluses
The program includes meetings, lectures, workshops, information booths, and activities designed to highlight volunteerism and the people who keep our associations and clubs running on a daily basis.
🏆 Do you know a deserving volunteer?
The Mont-Blanc Ski Committee invites its clubs to nominate a particularly dedicated volunteer in order to recognize that person’s commitment on this special day.
