Cycling course: 3 intense days for our young alpinists!

Our young skiers completed a three-day cycling course marked by commitment, surpassing oneself and exemplary team spirit. This summer physical preparation, essential for the winter season, took place on demanding itineraries in the heart of the Alps.

Day 1: Annecy → Saint-Martin-sur-la-Chambre
First warm-up stage with the Col de la Madeleine.
📏 110 km | 📈 +1800 m ascent
A muscular start to the course!

Day 2: Saint-Martin-sur-la-Chambre → Mizoën
A queen stage over two mythical passes: the Télégraphe and the Galibier.
📏 100 km | 📈 +2800 m ascent
A physical and mental challenge met with great determination by the whole group.

Day 3: Mizoën → Col de la Croix de Fer
Final stretch with a grandiose finale at the summit of the Col de la Croix de Fer.
📏 83 km | 📈 +2200 m ascent
A fine way to close this intense course, with heavy legs but pride on the line.

A big well done to all the youngsters for their commitment, tenacity and cohesion throughout the course. Thanks also to the coaches for their commitment in the field, both in the saddle and in logistics.
