On October 14, 2025, the Comité Ski Mont-Blanc organized an awareness-raising day dedicated to athlete health and performance at the Ciné Cluses. The event brought together nearly 250 people, including a wide audience of athletes, coaches, trainers and health professionals, to discuss topics essential to well-being and performance.
The screening of the film "Pablo, blessure invisible" and the presentation of a guide to the management of falls by Dr Sarah DU ROUCHET and Dr Baptiste CHARVIEUX provided a good opportunity to address the issue of concussion prevention.
The conference led by Christine CANNARD, clinical psychologist and researcher at INSERM, on the impact of screen use on sleep, attention and sports performance, attracted a great deal of interest and discussion around the digital balance of young athletes.
Many thanks to the speakers, the audience and the Comité Ski Mont-Blanc team for their commitment and contribution to the success of this day dedicated to health and sports performance.
