Women's Biathlon Training Camp: High-Volume and Team Training in Prémanon
From June 29 to July 3, the U17, U19, and U21 women’s biathletes from the Mont-Blanc Ski Committee were in Prémanon for a summer training camp.
On the schedule: roller-skiing and shooting sessions on the roads around Prénovel, in the cool morning air. The athletes completed a long-distance endurance workout, ranging from 2 hours and 15 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes depending on their category. Way to go, girls!
