Between sea, creeks and high-level physical training
The Groupe Élite boys & girls are on a summer training camp in the South of France, combining intense effort with exceptional surroundings. Hosted at the CREPS in Aix-en-Provence, the athletes benefit from an ideal environment to work in the best conditions.
On the program for this week of preparation:
- Specific freediving training
- Trail in the calanques of the Côte Bleue
-Above-water climbing sessions
- Night-time orienteering
- And targeted support work
