Surfing and Team-Building Camp for Team Télémark
From August 23 to 30, the Telemark team gathered in Tréogat for a week of team-building, surfing, and mental preparation. 🌊
It was a busy week, led by coaches Nicolas and Sébastien, with Anne, President of the Telemark Commission, also participating.
The athletes were able to enjoy several surfing sessions thanks to Shelter’s Surf Experience, which provided the equipment and accompanied the group. A big thank you to Benjamin and Théo for their advice and support!
🧠 The week also provided an opportunity to learn about mental preparation, with an introduction led by Marc Carrere.
It was a week filled with sports, enrichment, and camaraderie, which helped strengthen the bonds within the group. After this ocean getaway, it’s now time to get back to training to prepare for the winter season ❄️
